What is a mirror? A mirror is anything that allows reflection of an image, whether it's made of stones, coppers, metals, or even water! The definition of mirror is simple enough, that is an object whose surface is smooth enough to allow reflections. It doesn't have to be made of glass, but the majority of mirrors made of glass because it has the best reflective surfaces amongts all smooth substances.
The history came back centuries ago where in the early days of the mirrors it was made by crude reflective substances made of stones such as obsidian which is derived from volcanic ash. Then later some tribes experimented with copper and used it as a mirror. Today we can make mirrors by mixing sand with special chemicals and do special processing then heating them in a special ovens which we then cooled so they form the glass as we know them today. We can also make mirrors out of bronze using special equipment.
Wall mirrors are now a part of our life. Every house must have mirrors in them, I can't imagine how a person live without mirrors! In fact some houses have mirrors in every rooms they have, in the bathrooms, in the kitchens, in the living rooms, not to mention the bedrooms. Some even have their walls consist of mirrors which have the effect of making the room larger than it actually is. Mirrors can add a plus on aesthetic sides of a room if its overal theme is fitted exactly with the room's theme.
You should always take care of your wall mirrors because they tend to pick up stains along the way. It's very obvious that the cleaner the mirror the better it would reflect images, so you won't mistakenly see a dirt in your face when it's the mirror that has it on its surface. You can find cleaning agents that will work very well on cleaning the mirrors, windex is one of them that does a very good job and do not leave unwanted residue. Cleaning mirrors normally is a swept but some stains need a long time to get rid of if you left them uncleaned for a long time.
Whatever we feel about mirrors, they will stay with us in our homes, in fact they rapidly increasing their population and invading every house. They don't stop there, slowly but sure they crawl into skycrapers, you can see them all over the buildings from top to bottom which gives them futuristic look.
